Our preferred First Registered Mortgage funding minimum is $50k and we will consider proposals to say $25 Million Dollars per Security

Our preferred LVR is 75-85 % we can take makeup security by a charge over unencumbered vehicles, plant or equipment. We will consider country and rural properties as well as development sites and unfinished construction projects.

TIMING OF SETTLEMENT

Where all certificates of title are available, whether clear or not, and current valuations

are held, settlement is possible within days of receipt of application.
